Website Status and Business Identity

These separate policy pages describe Brad Leland's planned replacement website and proposed business-owner notification program. The replacement website is unpublished, both inspection-request forms remain preview-only, and no automated website email or SMS notification program is active. These policy pages contain no inspection-request forms. Brad's separate written owner consent has been documented. Twilio campaign approval, production STOP/HELP functionality, and actual hosted delivery testing remain pending.

Website Information and Inspection Requests

Website information helps visitors learn about inspection services and request information. Calculator amounts are estimates, not a guaranteed final price. Inspection scope, property access, utilities, availability, and final fees must be confirmed personally.

Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment, create a confirmed booking, or authorize payment. Brad personally confirms scheduling and performs no more than one inspection per day. In the replacement website's current preview, reviewing form details does not send a request at all. No requests can be submitted through these separate policy pages.

An inspection is governed by the separate inspection agreement and applicable requirements. Website descriptions, photographs, educational articles, and sample-report information do not replace that agreement or determine the condition of a particular property. Nothing here changes legally required disclosures or non-waivable rights.

Appropriate Use and External Resources

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the forms, submit malicious material, interfere with website security, or attempt to obtain private inspection reports or other people's information.

Website text and photographs may include material owned by Brad Leland or used with permission. Viewing the website does not authorize redistribution of private reports or other protected material. External maps, reviews, and resources remain subject to their providers' terms and availability. Floodplain resources do not constitute a flood-zone certification or guarantee against flooding.

Brad Leland — Inspection Request Notifications

The proposed SMS program provides operational alerts to Brad Leland, the business owner, at 281-794-9102 when a prospective customer submits an inspection request through the website. Alerts would contain useful request details so Brad and his wife can personally follow up.

This is not a customer text-subscription or marketing program. Customers are not enrolled in automated messaging by submitting a request, choosing a contact preference, accepting website terms, or using the replacement website's Text Us button. That button opens the customer's messaging application for a direct message to 281-794-9102; personal replies are separate from the proposed automated owner alerts. These policy pages do not include an enrollment form or Text Us button.

The notification sender must be separately approved and configured. A number displayed on an independent Twilio trial test is not evidence that it is the production sender. No automated texts to customers are authorized by these terms.

Recipient Consent Before Activation

Brad Leland signed a separate written SMS Notification Consent Agreement on October 26, 2026 using SignNow, authorizing inspection-request SMS notifications to his designated mobile number, 281-794-9102. The signed agreement has been reviewed. This owner-only authorization is separate from general website use or agreement to the Privacy Policy or these Terms & Conditions.

The signed agreement, signature, and SignNow records remain private. The completion certificate remains in the owner's SignNow account and is not published on this website. These terms do not themselves collect consent or activate messaging. The SMS notification program is not yet active; Twilio campaign approval, production STOP/HELP functionality, and actual hosted delivery testing remain pending. Customers are not enrolled in automated text messaging when submitting inspection requests, and no customer opt-in checkbox or keyword enrollment is claimed.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing an inspection. It cannot be bought, sold, rented, transferred, or inferred from a customer's inquiry. A change in recipient or messaging purpose requires a separate review.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Delivery

Message frequency varies with the number of accepted inspection requests, generally one operational alert per request. Longer alerts may be split into multiple SMS segments; troubleshooting or approved consent/opt-out confirmations may add messages. No fixed monthly message count is promised.

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan and the provider's charges.

SMS delivery can be delayed or fail. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts do not confirm an appointment and must not be the sole way the business monitors requests; complete details are intended to be available by email and in private request records once connected.

STOP, HELP, and Withdrawing Consent

Once the program is enabled and its controls have been verified, the enrolled owner should be able to reply STOP to the program's approved sending number to stop automated SMS alerts, or HELP for assistance. A permitted final opt-out confirmation may be sent; further alerts must remain suppressed unless fresh consent is documented.

These are proposed operating instructions, not a claim that keyword replies are active. The sender, inbound keyword handling, suppression, confirmation, and HELP response have not been configured or verified for the replacement website's program. They must be implemented and tested before activation. Do not reply to an unverified trial number expecting the website to process the reply.

Privacy and SMS Consent Information

Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry information, service providers, safeguards, and retention. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited processing by providers needed to operate the program does not give those providers permission to use consent for unrelated messaging.

The program must use only the minimum useful request information in an SMS alert. Full property addresses and detailed customer notes belong in the complete email and private record, not in the alert summary.

Review, Changes, and Contact

These terms will be reviewed against the final provider configuration and applicable requirements before the SMS notification program is activated. They do not guarantee Twilio registration approval or legal compliance. A qualified legal adviser should review any unresolved legal questions.

Temporary Policy Location

These temporary policy pages are intended to support registration of the proposed owner-only SMS notification program before the replacement website launches. After the separately approved transition, the replacement website will provide its own Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at HoustonHomeInspector.net. The temporary policy links will remain available during the handover so reviewers and the owner can reach the current policies. This is not a second permanent business website.
